Elsie’s Vegetable Garden is inspired by the garden where Elsie Reford began her adventure in gardening in the 1920s. This garden will supply our chef and kitchens with fresh vegetables, herbs and edible flowers. The cutting garden will provide cut flowers for display in Estevan Lodge.
