Recently voted one of the wonders of Québec and ranked among Canada’s premier garden destinations, the Reford Gardens/Jardins de Métis are a verdant paradise on the banks of the St. Lawrence River. The gardens offer attractions for visitors of all ages – floral displays, art in the gardens, exhibitions, culinary experiences and the innovative installations of the International Garden Festival. Reford Gardens were created between 1926 and 1958 by Elsie Reford, a passionate gardener and plant lover. Visitors can admire the splendours of more than 3,000 species and varieties of native and exotic plants displayed in 15 gardens. The dining rooms feature local produce and flowers picked daily to garnish each meal.

Well, there’s an easy solution to that: bring them along!
